I update this blog by email from my phone, so it's easy to put up news fast. Here's what's going on so far....
Seattle Seahawks- Have let QB Matt Hasselbeck go and have signed former Vikings QB Tavarris Jackson. Also, rumor has it they are talking to former USC/Arizona QB Matt Leinhart. He'd love to play for Coach Carrol again, I'm sure.
Tennessee Titans- Have signed QB Matt Hasselbeck (Seattle).
San Diego Chargers- Have signed LB Takeo Spikes (San Francisco) and put a Franchise Tag on WR Vincent Jackson
Washington Redskins- Have signed DT Barry Cofield (NYG) and have are finalizing a trade to send QB Donovan McNabb to Minnesota.
Green Bay Packers- Have released LB Nick Barnett.
New York Giants- Have released C Shaun O'Hara and G Rich Seubert.
I'll set up an easy blog method for the NFL blog later today, and I'm sure there will be more moves as the day goes on.

Sarge, Peyton Manning will never be sat down, and with his team healthy again, I think the Colts are going to dominate that division this year.
